- This process may be repeated several times to obtain clean starch free of impurities, proteins, and resins.

4. Starch Drying:

- The settled starch is dried using thermal drying systems or spray dryers to produce fine powder.
- The moisture content after drying must be below 13% to prevent mold during storage.

5. Packaging and Storage:

- The finished cassava starch is packaged in specialized bags and stored in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area.
- Regular quality checks are conducted to ensure purity and food safety.
